Month in Review(s) - March 2017

March was difficult, guys.

My depression has not been good, and I had an awful cold.

So, between the two, my concentration was utterly shot. I also had a lot of work on, which I had to prioritise. (Because I need money.)

pic of books, table, apple, and flowers

The result of those factors was that I only wrote/published two reviews in March (granted, I did publish plenty of other posts too.)

I have to admit that, as my own worst critic, I'm kind of disappointed.

But, I acknowledge that you can only do what you can do.

And that putting myself first, and not forcing myself to do more than I was capable of, is ultimately for the best.

I'm also proud of those two reviews - I worked hard on them, and it paid off. They're strong and detailed reviews.

(Sorry if it sounds like I'm getting a little big-headed, but I have to convince myself of these things or I end up thinking the most negative sh** you can imagine.)

I've been looking for ways to get more out of my blog for a while now, so I'm hoping this will be the first of several options to monetise, without selling my soul down the river! (Lol!)

Check out my two awesome reviews for March!:

  1. I know that depression can suck up all your energy and make it hard to get anything done. I hope you feel better soon!

  2. I'm sorry March was such a rough month for you, Cee! :( I wish you nothing but positivity for April! And you do NOT sound big-headed for complimenting your reviews. Self love is so important and it makes me happy when people are proud of their work.

  5. Sorry to hear you had a bad month.
It can be debilitating when you don't feel mentally and physically well. I hope you feel better now. :)
You did great in getting two reviews done! I love the cover of both and will go and read the reviews.
